Is there a limit to how much I can invest as a Retail Client on WeProperties?
Yes. In line with regulatory requirements, WeProperties is required to maintain effective systems and controls to ensure that Retail Clients do not exceed the permitted investment limits. Specifically:
- (a) You may invest up to US$50,000 in any single property listed on the platform; and
- (b) Your total investments across all properties on WeProperties must not exceed US$100,000 within a single calendar year.
