What happens if the listing duration is about to expire, and my property isn't fundraised completely?
If your property does not reach its funding target before the listing expires, you have two options:
- Extend the Campaign: If your property has achieved close to 85% of its funding goal, you can extend the campaign by 15 days. Sellers are encouraged to use this option to maximize the chances of meeting their target.
- Close the Listing: If you choose to close the listing, all funds committed by investors will be refunded to their accounts. These refunds will be available for investors to reinvest in other properties or withdraw.
This flexibility ensures sellers can control their listing and make decisions based on their specific circumstances.
