Managing Your Wallet
The wallet feature enables seamless transactions on the platform. Here's how to utilize it:
- a. Add Payment Method
- Navigate: Navigate to "Manage Your Wallet"
- Payment Options: WeProperties offers two payment methods:
- Instant Bank Transfer available for customers within UAE
- Debit Card available for everyone
- Select Method: Choose your preferred payment method.
- Processing Time: Payment method may take up to 48 hours to be added to your account.
- b. Deposit Funds
- Initiate Deposit: After adding your preferred payment method to your account, Click "Deposit".
- Complete Transaction: Enter the amount you wish to deposit and confirm the transaction. The funds will be reflected in your wallet instantly. However, in some cases, it may take 1-3 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
- b. Withdraw Earnings
- Request Withdrawal: You can withdraw your earnings directly by sending a withdrawal request on our platform where we will confirm the bank account information in which you want to withdraw the returns into.
- Currency Note: Please note that withdrawals will be sent to you in AED which may incur foreign currency exchange fees and other transfer-related fees.
